Corporate Administrator and Compliance Officer

Toya Juarez is a Corporate Administrator/Compliance Officer with Superior Home Health and Hospice. In this role, Toya has lead responsibility for monitoring day to day compliance activities engaged in by the agency to all State, Federal and Governing Entities; also any reporting obligations. Furthermore, her innovative thinking has proven to provide dynamic solutions. She develops and implements policies, procedures and practices designed to ensure compliance. Thus, she is charged with coordinating internal compliance review and monitoring activities. These include annual or periodic review of departments. Also, in her present position she also ensures documentation of services provided is accurate and timely; as well as implements effective budgeting and accounting systems and oversees all fiscal affairs.

Her passion for patient care has driven her to achieve her nursing degree. She is currently obtaining her ICD10 certification. In the ever-changing Healthcare world, Ms. Juarez stays result driven, and strives to stay on the cutting edge.
