Superior Home Health’s Home Infusion Program is a specialty program that provides full service infusion services. Most importantly, our services are given to patients in the comfort of their own home. Our registered nurses and multidisciplinary team provide exceptional care based on established standards of practice. Our specially trained nurses provide infusion therapy in the home with compassion and expertise to ensure our patients return to well being. The clinical team works directly with your physician and pharmacists to administer prescribed therapy while monitoring the effectiveness of treatment. Each patient receives individualized care, which involves initial and ongoing education, close monitoring of each patient’s response to treatment, and management of prescribed therapy and infusion device.
