Alternate Administrator and Director Human Resources
Erica Sandoval has been Alternate Administrator for Superior Home Health of San Antonio, LLC and Superior Hospice, LLC since April 2015. She attended Southwest Texas State University, where she studied Health Care Administration. In addition, prior to joining Superior, Erica served for 20 years in many administrative roles. These were within the Veterans Health Administration and Vantage Oncology. For instance, she directed a service leadership initiative for more than 50,000 veterans in the South Texas Veterans Health Care System. She was also the operational and financial leadership for five medical and radiation Oncology sites in the San Antonio area. Creating high quality reliable systems of care has been the dedication of her career; also, in developing the next generation of health care professionals to lead in these ever-changing times.
